Italy
Righicams
Stefano's Genova Righicams are located above one my favourite cities in the world - Genova, Italy. Situated at approximately 279 meters ( 921 ft.) above sea level, they offer views not only up and down the coast around Genova but also 63 km (35 nautical miles) out to sea. Brillliant if you're missing Genova and simply want to 'call by' and see how things are there.
Alex Rowe, a lovely British guy living and working in Milan, runs this very informative and up-to-the-minute website on Italy. If you're thinking of holidaying there, want to follow the local news, or read interesting interviews, then you really should call by at Alex's place and see what he has on offer.
Michelle Fabio, is an American attorney-turned-freelance writer, living in the medieval hilltop village of Badolato in Calabria. Her website covers a huge range of things Italian - from goats to recipes to law. A must visit site if you're thinking Italy.
Next, I would like to introduce you to Diana Baur, 'a potter, writer, artist and innkeeper living and working in the wine country of northwestern Italy. She writes, My husband Michael and I restored this 400 year old farmhouse into a simple elegant inn, Baur Bed and Breakfast, where we provide people from all over the globe physical rejuvenation and creative inspiration. A woman who runs a series of sites.
There is the Baur Bed and Breakfast website where Diana invites you to Come visit. Drink Barolo. Eat tartufi. Throw a pot. Walk in a vineyard. Go for a swim. Get a massage. Take a cooking class. Lay around and do nothing. Be.
If you would like to know more about the region where the B&B is located - the food, wine, and the culture - then visit Diana over at Piemontescapes blog.
And finally, if you are curious about how she explores her creativity in this Italian life of hers, then call by at her blog, over at A Certain Simplicity.

Inspiration and/or Wanderers on the Same Road
Shashikiran Mullar, has long been one of my favourite and most inspirational blogging friends. As my first featured blogger, I explained that he has created the space itinerant – a Bangalorean's blog on people and places, here and everywhere. It's a blog to visit if you want to wander a while, even from that desk chair, he will transport you, via his beautiful prose and his delightful way of seeing the world.
Jules Hikoi,is a blog started up by my cousin, Julie, after she made her move to the Middle East. Her stories from Al Ain, in the UAE, and from her wanderings (sometimes with me) all appear here. A lovely place to stop awhile.
Nina Bagley, a full-time jewelry designer and mixed media artist workshop instructor ... a favourite blogger of mine. I wander over to Nina's blog when my life is overflowing with noise and chaos, looking for the special peace she offers there. All I can say is that you really must visit ... then again, I say that about anyone who appears on this page.
Veronica's, Compost Studios, is the place where she chronicles her journey through life using creative writing, essays, mixed media art, art journaling, and photography. It's a delicious place to wander. One never knows quite what one will find but it's always delicious.
Tara Bradford captures her current home in Paris, and her future home in Holland, over on her blog - Paris Parfait. Tara's blog is filled with descriptions and images, often including informative political commentary. A delightful place to wander.
37 Days, an inspirational blog by author, Patti Digh. It revolves around the question, 'what would you be doing today if you only had 37 days to live?'

Organisations I Work With
ha'atelier is an international platform for philosophy and art, one that embodies the vision of a new "academy" of the arts and sciences free of territorial and facultative limitations and guided by the creativity of the visual and performing arts. We design our projects in co-operation with an international "nomadic" faculty of scholars, writers, and artists. You can view some of my work for ha'atelier here.
